"Bad Beat”

While echoing the sounds of the American musical landscape of the 60s, Swedish quartet Dry So Long is all about making music that deals with modern day everyday struggles. Drawing from the best of blues, soul and country music they’ve evolved their own distinct americana sound.

The debut album fittingly named “Late Night Sessions” as a reference to the feverish 20 hour recording session during which they tracked all 12 songs) was released in 2021.

Never running out of new songs, in spite of the name, Dry So Long soon started to make plans for a new record and in July 2022 they booked two days in the studio resulting in seven new tracks.

With Mikael Gunnarsson on vocals and guitars, guitarist Simon Wien, drummer Magnus Gränsmark and Morgan Thomsen on keys, this band is aiming for that honest and unpolished quality which is getting increasingly hard to come by these days.

To that end, every song is recorded live in the studio.
